I'm the analytical half of Gatz Home Group. Contracts, pricing strategy, negotiation, risk, that's my lane. My instinct is to find the problem before you're in it, which means I'm usually the one asking the questions nobody thought to ask yet.
I work best with clients who've already done their research. Engineers, healthcare professionals, finance people, buyers and sellers who want the full picture and trust themselves to make a good decision once they have it. If you're looking for someone to tell you everything is fine, I'm probably not your person. If you want someone who will tell you exactly what she sees, we'll get along well.
I've been in the South King County and greater Seattle market for over 9 years. I'm a Certified Negotiation Expert and a Hello Culture Seattle Chapter Leader.

What I hear most from clients is that they didn't expect the process to feel this straightforward. That's not an accident. A real estate transaction has a lot of moving parts, and most of the stress comes from not knowing what's happening or what's next. My job is to make sure you always know both.
Outside of real estate, I'm chasing toddlers around South King County with Kelly, which keeps things interesting and reminds us daily why the work we do actually matters to families in this market.

Since joining the Seattle real estate industry in 2020, I’ve been a behind-the-scenes powerhouse, ensuring smooth transactions, creating innovative marketing strategies, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
My journey began in 2017, when I moved to Washington and worked as an executive assistant at a non-profit art center. Transitioning into real estate allowed me to combine my organizational skills and creative flair to help our team and clients achieve their goals efficiently and effectively.
Outside of work, I enjoy watching movies, road-tripping with my husband and our three small dogs, and hunting for vintage and antique treasures to add to my collection.
